We embarked on a comprehensive renovation of Ward 2A at the Marion VA Medical Center, transforming a nine-bed inpatient unit alongside its supporting facilities. This medium-complexity project demanded the expertise of various trades, ensuring a holistic revitalization. We prioritized meticulous quality control throughout the process, employing Procore's observation tool for real-time tracking and weekly progress meetings with stakeholders. This transparent approach minimized post-construction issues, resulting in a streamlined final punch list of under 20 items.
