Project Description
VALIANT was the prime contractor for this project to renovate and repair the first and second floors of Building 28 at the VA Medical Center, Sousley Campus for the dental and audiology clinics covering approximately 34,000 square feet of space. This project included both repairs and replacements to the heating and cooling system, elevators, plumbing, medical gas, and electrical system throughout the building, as well as upgrading the insulation of the building. The work involved a high degree of coordination among trades such as general construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, exterior improvements, and utility systems. VALIANT also constructed a new and inviting drop-off driveway entrance canopy and exterior and interior wayfinding.
