Project Description
This project was a multi-phased, multi-disciplined Design-Build renovation with a high degree of technical management. VALIANT led the design and construction that consisted of the complete renovation in six of the eight floors at the Hiram H. Ward Federal Building and Courthouse. The primary tenants in the building are the U.S. District Courts, U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and General Services Administration. Renovation for this new Class A office space also consisted of the demolition and construction of new IT infrastructure throughout the building. This was a high complexity renovation of the entire facility (approx. 125,000 SF).
