Project Description
VALIANT renovated approximately 12,500 square feet of space to accommodate a state-of-the-art 14-bed unit. The refurbished area included provisions for psychiatric care, group meetings, and mental health services. They were responsible for site preparation, including demolition and removal of existing structures. The scope of work encompassed general construction, industrial hygiene, asbestos abatement, alterations, mechanical, plumbing, electrical work, utility systems enhancements, necessary demolition, and other specified tasks.
